REFUND & RETURN POLICY

RETURNED ITEMS MUST COMPLY WITH OUR RETURNS POLICY:

Please note that used products will not be exchanged under any circumstances.

  1. As jewelry items are fragile, no refund, exchange, or return is possible after the delivery man leaves.
  2. Please check the product carefully while the delivery man is still at your address.
  3. Check the locks and stones of the jewelry carefully before accepting the order.

2. Valid Reasons for Return (Only Before Delivery is Completed):

You may file a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the product if:

•⁠ ⁠The delivered product is damaged (e.g., physically broken or defective).
•⁠ ⁠The delivered product is incomplete (e.g., missing items or accessories).
•⁠ ⁠The delivered product is incorrect (e.g., wrong product, size, color).
•⁠ ⁠The delivered product does not match the description or image.

3. Non-Return/Refund Claims:

•⁠ ⁠No return, refund, or exchange is allowed after the delivery man leaves.
•⁠ ⁠As the products are shipped from abroad, items cannot be exchanged or returned if the buyer:
- Changes their mind.
- Is dissatisfied with the texture, color, design, or size.

4. Conditions for Returns (If Applicable):

•⁠ ⁠The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without flaws.
•⁠ ⁠The product must be returned in the original, undamaged packaging (avoid putting tape or stickers directly on it).

If your returned item does not meet these requirements, Pixie Store BD reserves the right to reject the refund request.
