Refund and Return Policy

Refund Policy:

At pixiestorebd, customer satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill an order or if an order needs to be canceled, pixiestorebd will issue a refund according to the following guidelines.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

• If the product is out of stock or the order is canceled.
• If it is not possible to deliver the product within the stipulated timeframe (7-10 working days).
• If an excess amount is charged during an online transaction.
• If a wrong or defective product is delivered and the customer wishes to return it.

2. Refund Method:

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used by the customer (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, Card Payment). Refunds are not applicable for Cash on Delivery orders where no payment was made.

3. Refund Timeline:

• Refunds are generally processed within 7-10 working days.
• In some special cases, it may take additional time to receive the refund.
• If you do not receive the refund within the specified time, please contact us at info@kinbo.com.

4. Refund Notification:

• The customer will be notified via email or phone once the refund is successfully completed. If no objection or feedback is provided within 3 days of notification, it will be assumed that the customer has accepted the refund. No new refund claims will be accepted after this period.

5. Refund Terms and Conditions:

• The full amount paid (excluding cashback) will be refunded.
• In case of excess charges due to technical errors, the money will be refunded upon providing proper proof.
• If multiple items are ordered and one or more items are out of stock, only the paid price of the out-of-stock item(s) will be refunded.
• Gift vouchers or cashback amounts are non-refundable.
• If an order is canceled during an ongoing offer, the refund will be issued after deducting the cashback or discount.
• Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been inspected and verified.
• Funds deposited in the pixiestorebd balance are non-refundable; they can be used for future purchases.
• If a Cash on Delivery order is canceled and the customer has not made any payment, no refund policy applies.

6. Pre-Order Refund Policy:

• If an advance payment is made for a Pre-Order and the product cannot be delivered within 7 days of the scheduled date, a refund will be issued.
• If a Pre-Order is placed without payment and the product cannot be delivered on time, the order will be automatically canceled.
• For the convenience of customers, pixiestorebd always strives to keep the refund process simple and transparent.
